IPAY
Please use this form to schedule your audio / video equipment rentals for the IPAY show. Rental rates are included in the IPAY information packet. We will confirm all rentals via email. If you require any other equipment than the standard equipment shown, please note that in the message and we will make every effort to provide it for you. A staff member from Pittsburgh Sound Rental will be in touch so that you can provide your credit card number to secure your reservation. DELIVERY
Equipment cannot be delivered to an empty booth. If PSR is unable to effectively deliver on the requested date and time because client is unavailable or booth is not ready, customer will incur additional labor costs for a second delivery billable at $65/hr with 1- hour minimum charge. An Authorized Company Representative must sign for all equipment upon delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before 72 hours prior to delivery date will incur a minimum restocking charge of 40%. Any equipment cancelled on or after delivery date will be billed in full.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
It is understood that the Customer is renting PSR equipment for a specified period of time, and is responsible for the return of all equipment in an undamaged working condition. Customer agrees to pay for any and all damages to equipment.
