Our founder, Eric Douglas has a long history with sound systems for live events. After years of work in the Pittsburgh area with sound reinforcement for various bands, weddings, churches, and public speaking engagements, he decided to move into the sound rental business full time. When you call our company, 99% of the time you will speak directly with Eric. He will be involved in each and every rental from beginning to end.
When you rent from us, you will receive complete customer support. With every rental, you will have Eric’s personal cell phone number. You can call him at any time for assistance with setup or operation. We realize that most events happen outside of “normal business hours” and if you have a question, you can’t just wait until the next day for an answer.
